At WildCraft Cider Works, we pride ourselves on developing innovative, artisanal dry ciders inspired by traditional and wild methodology. Insisting on whole fruit and botanicals grown in Oregon to create pure ciders without artificial flavorings, sulfites or added sweeteners. WildCraft cider is uniquely dry cider unpasteurized & bottle conditioned. We consider ourselves stewards of the outdoors; always acting consciously to ensure that our ingredients are regional.
Snake River Rye- Gravenstein: This is a single variety of Gravenstein apples, naturally fermented as a settler style dry cider. Then aged 3 months in freshly emptied American Oak Rye whiskey barrels from Stein Distillery in Joseph, Oregon. Deep whiskey notes and full oak finish compliment a smooth vanilla flavor and apple aromatics. ABV: 7.5%
Pinot Noir Barrel Aged Cherry Wine Cider: This is a still cider made with our four variety Sour Cherry Wine and our hard cider blend. We marry the blend over the course of 5 months in French oak Pinot Noir barrels from the neighboring King Estate Winery. Delicate French oak and cherry aromatics greet you while light vanillins give gentle body and a subtle richness of flavor. Pinot Noir dances on the back of the palate and throughout the finish. Finishes dry with good mouth coating tannin. ABV: 7.5%
