Wild Ride Brew Co.
Wild Ride Brewing is a production brewery and Tap Room located in the heart of downtown Redmond, Oregon. Planning began in late 2011, and the beers began flowing from the taps at Wild Ride Brewing on May 10, 2014. We are now open 7 days a week with food options available from the food cart community located in the parking lot just off our patio outside of our family-friendly Tap Room.
Pacific Crest Trail Pale Ale: From Mexico to Canada, through California, Oregon and Washington, people have hiked the Pacific Crest Trail for many, many years. Utilizing ingredients from the western states, we brewed a pale ale that takes your taste buds on a similar adventure. This beer is balanced nicely with malted barley and various hops, such as El Dorado and Mandarina Vavaria and then blood oranges were added to the brew for that extra zip that takes you over the peak. Cheers to those who are committed to the wild ride. ABV: 5.4% | IBU’s: 35
El Luchador Tequila Barrel Aged Session Ale: Inspired by our summer seasonal, Quencher Session Ale, we bring you El Luchador, a tequila barrel aged session ale, brewed with lime and ginger. An already drinkable and refreshing ale, we aged the beer on tequila barrels for roughly four months which added peppery notes of tequila to the flavor profile. The end result of El Luchador comes out from behind the mask to hit the taste buds with margarita-like flavors, which is a perfect complement for the lime and ginger already found in the session ale. Pick one up and slam it down! ABV: 5.5% | IBU’s: 20
