At Full Sail Brewing Co., our glass is always half full. We often look out over the majestic Columbia River and the snow-capped volcanic peaks of Oregon’s Mount Hood and pinch ourselves for being lucky enough to live and work in this craft-brewing epicenter. We pour crystal-clear water, locally grown malt, hops and yeast, and responsible processes into each and every bottle. Kentucky Cream: A honey colored ale brewed with malted barley, corn, and rye. The same key ingredients used to male classic American Bourbon. Brewed in February 2016 and aged for months in Kentucky Bourbon Barrels. The barrel aging presents aromas of vanilla, tobacco leaf and oak give way to notes of caramel, honey and a warm sweetness. With malted rye imparting a slightly spicy finish. ABV: 10% | IBU: 40
Wassail: Wassail is brewed with a range of caramel malts and dark chocolate malts, giving it a deep mahogany color and a full malty body. This multi-medal winning winter warmer is brewed with a blend of Pacific Northwest hops for a pleasant hoppy aroma and finish, creating a deliciously balanced beer that appeals to both hop and malt lovers alike. ABV: 7.2% | IBU: 56
